I mainly draw dogs and neon!
Been drawing since 2015 and currently use Procreate and Clip Studio Paint on an iPad Pro 12.9 (2020).
I work on commissions on the weekends and some weekday nights, currently a part-time student!

Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork from me, you, the commissioner, agree to all terms listed below. Failure to read and acknowledge these terms does not make you exempt from them. If you have any further questions, please contact me via any of the social media sites listed here and I'll happily answer!

Payment & Refunds
Payment is completed through PayPal invoices and in USD.
Please have a PayPal account and email prepared to receive the email.
Upon agreement of a plan for purchasing art (idea, characters, etc), I will complete a small sketch and forward it for final acceptance. If accepted, full payment is required upfront.
A PayPal invoice will be emailed for full payment upon agreement
Payment must be completed within 5 days or the customer will lose the commission slot.
I do not do alts or edits.
I will revise a sketch, but no revision may be done after the piece has been lined.
All transactions are final and no refunds will be given,

Deadlines and Timing
I do not accept deadlines for artwork to be finished.
At most:
Sketches may take a few days.
Commissions may take 1 week to 2 weeks to finish depending on the complexity.
I will always happily provide a work-in-progress photo of the artwork when asked after a commission has been agreed upon and paid for.
Upon agreement, your commission will be listed in my Trello under the username you contacted me.
You have the right to request an anonymous name for your commission.
I work by doing the sketches first, digital sketches second, simple digital art third, and then full digital pieces last.
Please look under the Trello to determine how far I am on my current workload.

Commissioner Rights
As the commissioner, you have the right to:
-Use the commission for personal use
-Posting onto social media requires an artist credit or link to any one of my social media profiles.
-Request that I do not post or promote the commission.

Artist Rights
As the artist, I have the right to:
Refuse to accept any commission inquiry.
Use the commissioned artwork as examples, posting on social media, or for self promoting unless asked not to.
Deny revisions and requests for edits and/or alts of pieces.
Refuse to accept commissions from commissioners who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Post Work-In-Progress images to social media.
Claim copyright and intellectual property of my artwork.

Required Information Before Commissioning
Before commissioning me please have the following prepared:
-Valid PayPal account and email
-A reliable way to contact you, the commissioner
-An up-to date reference sheet; or detailed description and examples of the character to be drawn
-Failure to have a comprehensive reference sheet or detailed description will incur an extra $5-20 depending on the commission and character that must be designed

Image information
All work is done on an iPad Pro 12.9 (2020) using Clip Studio and Procreate. Therefore all commission images will be:
-2732x2048px
-Except for headshots, being 3000x3000px
-P3 colorspace
-Sent as a PNG
